John Landsman has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development, deployment and application.
Before joining eDataSource, John spent ten years with the email unit (originally e-Dialog, Inc.) of eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions (now Zeta Global), most recently as Client Partner in the Analytics group. Prior to that, John spent ten years with Harte-Hanks, Inc., finishing as Vice President, Strategy and Analysis, for Harte-Hanks CRM Analytics.
John’s background also includes twelve years in various Corporate Staff positions at Federated Department Stores, Inc. (now Macy’s, Inc.). Named Director of Advertising Analysis in 1985, he initiated and led the project which created Federated’s first integrated customer database marketing system. After he left Federated in 1988, John owned and operated a retail marketing database consultancy.
Between 2005 and 2014 John was on the Marketing Faculty of Bentley University (Waltham, MA).
John holds a BA degree from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA degree from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
