Monica DiBartolo

With 15 years of experience, Monica’s expertise lies in marketing automation and cross-channel promotion, taking a customer-centric approach. She’s led the creation and execution of strategic email campaigns for a variety of clients in industries such as large pharmaceutical, financial, and Ecommerce.

As Jellyfish’s Email Marketing Director, Monica leads strategic planning and implementation for the agency’s global breadth of clients, integrating marketing automation strategies and email campaigns with other marketing channels. Monica is an active Events and Education council member for the Email Experience Council (eec).

Monica is a Maryland native who spent the last 15+ years in New York and returned to Maryland in 2015. While in New York, she worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, Coach, and BMG/Columbia House where she gained experience in direct mail, marketing automation, and customer relationship management.

She graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts, with a focus on graphic design. It is here where she first started combining art and science to support communication. While at Hofstra, she served as the VP, Publicity Chair of Hofstra’s Advertising and Marketing club.
